Return & Store Credit Policy

At The Healing Her Collective, we take pride in creating quality products that support and inspire your healing journey. Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, we want you to have a positive experience with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there is an issue with your order due to damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

To review your request, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for store credit.

  • Items must be unused and in the condition received.

  • Store credit will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the submitted information.
